Last month I attended the GATE event in Los Angeles
where I had the opportunity to be of service and to be the
handler of Eckhart Tolle.  It was good to spend time with him
his wife Kim Eng.  There was a special time where Kim,
Jim Carrey and ET were in the dressing back stage together.

I am privileged and honored to be invited to attend the
filming of ETTV next month in Mill Valley.

I saw the movie Happy last night http://www.thehappymovie.com/
It was a really excellent film about how we create our own happiness.
A couple of interesting points were:

40% of what makes us happy is up to us to create.
Only 10% of happiness is situational having to do with money, status, etc.
The “hedonic loop” of materialism is never ending and does not create happiness.
We quickly forget painful and pleasurable events.

I recommend this film to everyone and especially those who are tired of struggling to find
happiness in things that don’t work.
